This Privacy Policy explains how KimiPark ("KimiPark", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores, and deletes information when you use our web application at kimipark.com (the "Service"), including when you connect your TikTok account to publish videos. By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.

1. Who we are

KimiPark is a web application that helps creators produce short-form videos and publish them to their own social media accounts, including TikTok. You can contact us at any time at ksj96053108@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to provide the Service:

• TikTok account information. When you connect TikTok, we use TikTok's Login Kit (OAuth) and receive a unique account identifier (open ID) and your TikTok display name. We use this solely to confirm which account a video will be published to.
• TikTok access tokens. We receive and store the access and refresh tokens that TikTok issues so that we can carry out the upload and publish actions you request. We never see or store your TikTok password.
• Content you create. The video files, captions, and settings (such as the privacy level) that you produce inside KimiPark and choose to publish.
• Basic usage data. Standard technical logs (such as timestamps and error records) used to operate and secure the Service.

3. How we use your information

We use the information above only to:

• Authenticate you and display your TikTok account name so you can confirm the correct destination.
• Upload a video you created to TikTok and, when you confirm, publish it to your own TikTok profile using the video.upload and video.publish scopes.
• Operate, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the Service.

Every publishing action is initiated by you and affects only your own account. We do not use TikTok data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to fulfilling your request.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We transmit the video and metadata you choose to publish to TikTok's API in order to complete your request, in accordance with TikTok's terms. We may disclose information if required by law.

5. Data retention and deletion

We keep your TikTok tokens and account identifier only for as long as your TikTok account remains connected to KimiPark. When you disconnect your TikTok account, or when you ask us to delete your data, we delete the associated tokens and account information. You can request deletion at any time by emailing ksj96053108@gmail.com.

6. How to revoke access

You can revoke KimiPark's access to your TikTok account at any time from your TikTok account settings (Security & privacy → Apps and websites / Manage app permissions), or by disconnecting the account inside KimiPark. Revoking access immediately stops any further access to your TikTok account.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures — including encryption in transit and at rest and restricted access — to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to promptly address any issues.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 14, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
