Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the KimiPark web application at kimipark.com (the "Service"), operated by KimiPark ("KimiPark", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

KimiPark is a web application that helps creators produce short-form videos and publish them to their own connected social media accounts, including TikTok. Features and functionality may change over time as we improve the Service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be old enough to hold an account on the platforms you connect (including TikTok) and to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Connecting your TikTok account

When you connect your TikTok account, you authorize KimiPark to upload and publish content to that account on your behalf, using TikTok's Content Posting API, strictly according to the actions you initiate within the Service. You can revoke this authorization at any time from your TikTok settings or by disconnecting the account inside KimiPark. Your use of TikTok through KimiPark is also subject to TikTok's own terms and policies, and you agree to comply with them, including the TikTok Community Guidelines.

4. Your content and responsibilities

You retain ownership of the content you create and publish through the Service. You are solely responsible for that content and represent that you have all necessary rights to it and that it does not infringe the rights of others or violate any law or platform policy. You agree not to use the Service to publish content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or that violates the rules of any connected platform.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, reverse engineer it, or use it to send spam or to publish content on accounts you do not own or control.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that publishing to third-party platforms will always succeed, as those platforms are outside our control.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KimiPark will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm or legal exposure.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
